The Devroom manual seems to have been moved to https://doc.volunteers.fosdem.org/devrooms/devroom-managers/, and I assume the speaker manual will be too.

To avoid confusion and PRs in the wrong place, I sugges tto drop the content/manuals directory from this repo (note the speaker manual hasn't been ported over yet).
